Can I just share the main Team Page to my family members or Friends?
You definitely can!
Have you notice the 'Team Member' section? Basically if you want your Team Member name to be appear under this section automatically, team members will need to create the individual page.

As the account admin, you can simply add the Team names under to the page and it will be appear next to your page image/logo. Please take note the name will only be appear on the main page that have been created.
